At the suggestion of one of our colleagues the Class of '77 presents.....those pictures you would rather forget. - Plenty to see further down as well .If you have any old pictures I would be delighted to put them here for all to see.

The set of pictures below were taken outside Mark W's house in Sussex Road, Southsea during the summer holidays of 1974. They were taken by my then girlfriend (and now wife of 34 years, Angela).

Taking part in the middle picture on the top row L-R Chris J, Ashley S, Andy S, Paul R, Mark W, Lee H. Gary P. appears in some as well. I just love my white jeans (with Sgt. Pepper Sew on patch), beeny hat and the obligatory 'I don't go to University' t-shirt and shades got from Sid R for fag coupons !. That was bought from a shop in Tricorn called Knickers and Pants. It was next to The Village. Sadly I have no pictures of my yellow flared sleeved T-shirt with black stars on on, my frayed yellow and brown loons or my clogs.

The central picture is me with an unknown female admirer in 1977.

Further down is a picture of Kev J in the 'Banana Boots' push starting Paul R's AJS on September 5th 1977...I know that as it was on my wedding day and he and Andy C (on his Velocette) gave us a m/c escort as we were driven to the delights of Hartlepool for our honeymoon ! Mark S in his Fiat850 sport did the driving. Also further down is my Ford Zephyr (from about 1979 I think) and a great picture from 1975 of Angela and I being a 'rock couple'. This picture was taken at Paul R's in Denmead. Investigation of  the posters on the wall behind us shows that there is certainly the Kate Greenaway alphabet and a Santana one. However there IS a Badger poster as well. These confirm his love of ALL things prog rock based. Note my bass guitar and the amplification system spread around us and the sewn on crotch based sod off patch.
